Create a Tallywake account, export an orders CSV from your shop, then upload it in your Reports workspace and review the column matches. Tallywake builds the report from the rows in that file.
Does Tallywake connect to my shop automatically?
No. You export and upload an orders CSV yourself for each report. Tallywake does not connect to your store or pull orders automatically.
What should my orders CSV include?
Choose a UTF-8 .csv file up to 10 MiB. Every row needs an order ID. Order date, product name, quantity, unit or line-item price, order total, and customer email or ID are optional fields that can add detail to a report. During upload, review the suggested column matches and choose a different column when needed.
How do I export orders from Shopify?
In Shopify admin, open Orders, filter or select the date range, and choose Export. Select the orders you want, choose CSV under Export as, and export the order details rather than transaction histories. Shopify order CSVs commonly include headers such as Name, Created at, Lineitem name, Lineitem quantity, Lineitem price, Email, and Total; review or adjust their matches during upload.
How do I export orders from WooCommerce?
If your store has WooCommerce’s Customer / Order / Coupon Export extension, open WooCommerce → Export, choose CSV as the output type and Orders as the export type, set any date filters, and export. This path depends on that extension or another orders CSV export tool already being installed. The column names depend on the export format, so review and map them during upload.
How do I export orders from Etsy?
In Etsy Shop Manager, open Settings → Options → Download Data. Under Orders, choose the order data type and the month or year you want, then select Download CSV. Upload that Orders CSV to Tallywake and review or adjust the column matches.
What happens to my uploaded order data and saved report?
After a report is assembled, the imported order rows are removed. The report is saved to your signed-in Tallywake account and remains there until you delete uploaded data and reports through Data controls in your workspace.
How do I delete my uploaded data and reports?
While signed in, open Data controls in your workspace, choose Delete uploaded data and reports, then confirm with Delete my data. This removes your imported order rows and saved reports. Your Tallywake account stays active.
Will Tallywake email my report?
No. Report email delivery is not enabled. Open your saved report in your Tallywake Reports workspace.
